Kids Cars Layby: Layby Terms and Conditions

To start a layby, a 1st week's initial deposit is required. This deposit serves as the reservation for the item you wish to layby, and that item will be marked as sold. Please note that the 25% initial deposit is strictly non-refundable.

If you need to cancel a layby, the total amount paid minus the 25% of the total cost (cancellation fee) will be refunded to your nominated bank account. The refund process may take 2-3 days upon approval.

After making the initial deposit, you must continue with regular weekly payments at the minimum amount required. When making payments, your reference should be your full name registered on the purchase or your invoice number. Weekly confirmation of your payment will be sent to your provided email address.

Your layby must be completed within the agreed period, which can be part of our layby terms and conditions.

Layby Periods:

- 10 Weeks plan

- 24 Weeks plan - available on selected models

- Christmas layby: This option is designed for those wanting to pay off the amount gradually for Christmas, with items to be claimed in December.

Once the final payment has been made, we will arrange a schedule for pick up or dispatch. If delivery is required, it will take 2-3 days after dispatch.

We will endeavor to assist you in completing your layby, including providing payment reminders and extensions; however, we reserve the right to cancel orders that do not comply with our terms. In such cases, any funds will be refunded to you minus the initial deposit.

• Eftpos instore

• Credit Card (with a 2.5% transaction fee)

• Direct Bank deposit to our nominated bank account via online banking, fast bag deposit, or ATM deposit. Deposits made over the counter will incur a service charge fee of $3. Please note that Bubmy Kids Cars will not cover any bank charges incurred.
